1. Details of the Service Provider

2. Scope of the service

The Service Provider presents promotional products, provides online price calculations and offers custom branding services. Requests submitted through the website become official orders once they have been confirmed.

3. Order process

The contract is concluded when the submitted order is confirmed in writing and, for branded products, when the Customer approves the digital visual proof by email.

4. Prices and payment

Prices displayed on the website are net prices and exclude VAT. Payment is primarily made by bank transfer. The Service Provider reserves the right to correct prices in the event of an obvious technical or system error.

5. Responsibility for artwork

The Customer bears full responsibility for the details shown on the approved visual proof, including placement, text and colours. Please check the supplied proof carefully before approving production.

6. Delivery and performance

The production lead time starts when the visual proof has been approved and any required advance payment has been received. Delivery is carried out by our contracted courier partners (TNT and GLS). The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer when the products are handed over to the courier.

Delivery is free for orders with a net value above HUF 100,000. For orders below this amount, a delivery charge of HUF 2,490 + VAT applies.

7. Restrictions on the right of withdrawal

Important notice: Under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (26 February), the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom products bearing a logo, as they are manufactured at the Customer's express request and according to the Customer's individual specifications.

When ordering unbranded standard products, the Customer is entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal where the applicable legislation provides for such a right.

8. Quantity and colour tolerances

Due to the characteristics of custom and mass production, a technological quantity tolerance of +/- 5% and minor colour (Pantone) variations resulting from the different physical properties of the materials shall be considered acceptable.

9. Copyright and intellectual property rights

The Customer warrants that it is fully entitled to use all logos, trademarks and graphic elements supplied for production. All visual and written content of the website is the intellectual property of the Service Provider.

10. Data processing

The Service Provider processes the Customer's personal data in strict confidence, in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Hungarian legislation, and only to the extent required to fulfil orders and invoicing obligations.

11. Dispute resolution

The parties shall first seek to resolve any dispute between them amicably through negotiation. If this is unsuccessful, Hungarian law shall apply and the competent Hungarian courts shall have jurisdiction.
