Shipping Information

1. How will your parcel be delivered?

We deliver ordered products throughout Hungary with our trusted logistics partners. Shipments are handled primarily by TNT and, in some cases, by GLS, ensuring professional parcel handling.

When the parcel is dispatched, we notify you in advance and send you the tracking number and a direct tracking link, where you can follow the delivery status in real time.

2. Delivery charges

  Free delivery: We cover the delivery cost for orders with a net value above HUF 100,000.

  Standard charge: For orders below a net value of HUF 100,000, the delivery charge is HUF 2,490 + VAT.

  Transparency: There are no hidden costs; the charge also includes secure packaging.

3. Continuous updates

We notify you as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can plan for its arrival.

4. Nationwide coverage

Through our partner network, we deliver anywhere in Hungary at a uniform rate and within a reliable timeframe.

5. Secure packaging

We take particular care to secure fragile products so that every item reaches you undamaged.

6. Delivery hours

Deliveries take place on business days between 8:00 and 18:00. Please provide an address where someone is available to receive the parcel throughout this period, such as a workplace or office address.

7. Receiving your parcel in good condition

Please inspect the parcel for damage in the courier's presence. If the box shows any external signs of damage, always ask the courier to draw up a damage report on site.
