1. How can you order from us?

Promobolt aims to make purchasing a quick and straightforward process. With the smart calculator on our website, you can instantly calculate branding costs on any product page, so you do not have to wait days for a quotation.

You can send us your online request for quotation with a single click. Our expert colleagues will then confirm production capacity and the expected delivery date shortly afterwards.

2. What we need for production

  Vector artwork: For a perfectly sharp result, please provide your logo in .pdf, .ai or .eps format.

  For digital printing: If you do not have a vector file, an image with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi is also suitable for digital printing.

  Colour codes: If precise brand colours are important, please provide the Pantone (PMS) codes.

3. Product selection and calculation

Add the products to your quotation basket. Use the calculator to specify the branding costs, and you will immediately see the net unit prices.

4. Finalising your request

Review the items in your basket. Once you have provided a few details, send us your request and you will receive an immediate confirmation.

5. Visual proof and production

After you place your order, we always prepare a free digital visual proof. Production begins only after you have approved every detail.

6. Who can order from us?

Everyone is welcome. We primarily serve companies, associations and institutions, but we are also happy to accept orders from private individuals, without restrictions based on customer type.

7. Quantity limits

There is no mandatory minimum order value. Minimum quantities vary by product: some products are available from a single piece, while others must be ordered in complete outer packs.
