What is 360-degree digital printing?
This revolutionary process uses digital UV LED technology on cylindrical surfaces. The product (for example a bottle or thermos) is moved under the print heads by a special rotating mechanism, while the machine applies the colours to the entire body with an accuracy of a tenth of a millimetre. UV light cures the ink instantly, so the result can be used straight away and is extremely durable.
The biggest advantage of the technology is its ability to print “seamlessly”: the start and end of the artwork meet perfectly, so we can display continuous 360-degree patterns, gradients or panoramic images on the items.

Artwork requirements for a perfect result: For an accurate visual mockup and quote, we will ask for your logo in vector format (.pdf, .ai or .eps file). As this is digital printing, finished image files require at least 300 dpi resolution.
