Ceramic Glazing

A scratch-resistant and dishwasher-safe solution – where artwork and ceramic become one in the kiln.

How is ceramic branding made?

Ceramic branding (fired transfer printing) is a complex process that requires craftsman-like precision. The artwork is first printed with special ceramic ink onto carrier paper, then applied to the surface of the item manually using a wet process. This makes it possible to decorate even the handle or the inner rim of a mug.

After application, the products go into an industrial kiln, where they are fired at 600–800 degrees Celsius. At this temperature the glaze softens and the ink melts into the material, creating an indestructible result.

Why choose this?

  • ✓ Dishwasher-safe: The logo does not wear off or fade, even after hundreds of washes.
  • ✓ Microwave-safe: Fired ceramic ink contains no metal (except gold/silver decoration), so it is safe.
  • ✓ 360-degree decoration: The entire body of the mug, and even its handle, can be branded.
  • ✓ Vivid colours: Colours fixed at high temperature gain depth and brilliance.

🛡️ Industrial durability

As the artwork becomes part of the glaze, the print is scratch-resistant and withstands daily use in cafés and offices.

✨ Creative placement

Thanks to manual application, a logo can be placed where machine printing could never reach.

☕ Porcelain and glass

This technology works excellently not only on ceramics, but also on finer porcelain and special glassware.
