What is UV LED printing?
UV LED printing is the most advanced form of digital direct printing. During the process, the print heads spray special ink directly onto the surface of the product, which is then immediately exposed by a built-in, high-power UV LED lamp. Under the light, the ink turns from liquid to solid (polymerises) within moments.
As curing is instant, there is no ink bleeding or absorption. This technology allows us to print directly even onto completely dark or coloured surfaces, as the machine can also apply a highly opaque, pure white base layer under the colour artwork.
