What is rotary screen printing?
Rotary screen printing is a special, mechanised version of traditional screen printing. During the process, the cylindrical item (for example a bottle) is rotated by a roller mechanism under the screen frame while the ink is pressed onto the surface. This synchronised movement makes it possible to apply the artwork to the curved surface without distortion.
With this method we can create a much larger print than with pad printing: the logo or text can cover up to 80–90% of the product’s circumference, so your brand is visible from every direction.
