Sublimation

An imperceptible print, photo-quality detail and an unlimited range of colours.

How does sublimation work?

Sublimation printing is based on a special chemical process: the special ink is first printed onto carrier paper, then under heat and pressure the ink turns from solid to gas and penetrates directly into the pores of the material. As soon as the material cools down, the ink is locked between the fibres or into the coating.

As the ink becomes part of the material, the print has no tangible layer – the surface remains as soft or smooth as the original product. This is what makes breathable sports jerseys and brilliant, glossy mugs possible.

Why choose this?

  • ✓ Photo quality: There are no technical limits – we can reproduce even a real photograph razor-sharp.
  • ✓ Imperceptible print: On textiles the print does not block breathability and feels completely smooth.
  • ✓ Extreme durability: The design does not crack, wear or fade – it stays in the material forever.
  • ✓ No colour surcharge: Whether your logo is one colour or a full landscape, the price stays the same.
