Digital transfer
Unlimited colours and razor-sharp details – the new generation of digital textile printing.
How is a digital transfer made?
In digital transfer, the artwork is printed onto a special heat-sensitive film using high-resolution digital machines. During printing, a white base layer and a special adhesion-promoting powder are also applied, and the finished “sticker” is then ironed onto the textile with an industrial heat press.
This process has revolutionised colour branding: while with traditional screen printing the costs rise with each colour, here even the most colourful, photo-quality artwork can be produced quickly and economically – even on dark textiles.
Why choose this?
- ✓ Perfect details: It reproduces fine lines and tiny letters that screen printing cannot.
- ✓ Vivid colours even on dark fabric: Thanks to the white underprint, colours shine even on black T-shirts.
- ✓ Exceptional flexibility: The print is thin and stretchy, so it does not crack even on more elastic fabrics.
- ✓ Cost-effective: No screen costs, so it is the best choice for small runs of multi-colour artwork.
📸 Photo quality everywhere
Whether it is a logo with gradients or a real photograph, digital transfer faithfully reproduces the original artwork.
🧼 Durable and washable
Thanks to the special adhesive layer, the print withstands daily use and regular washing excellently while keeping its original colours.
👕 Versatile placement
It can easily be applied to hard-to-brand places such as collars, sleeves or the inner pockets of bags.
Artwork requirements for a perfect result: For an accurate visual mockup and quote, we will ask for your logo in vector format (.pdf, .ai or .eps file). As this is digital printing, source images with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi are also sufficient.
