3D Embroidery

What is 3D embroidery?
In 3D embroidery (also known as puff embroidery), a special foam layer is placed between the textile and the embroidery thread. The machine stitches the design through this foam, and the excess foam is then removed. The result is a firm, durable and strikingly raised design that creates a professional, “brand store” look.

Artwork requirements for accurate embroidery: To write a precise embroidery program and create a pinpoint-accurate mockup, your logo must always be supplied outlined, in vector format (.pdf, .ai or .eps file).
