Embossing

Discreet elegance and tangible quality – where the logo becomes part of the material.

What is embossing and debossing?

For embossing we use a custom-made metal printing die (cliché), which is pressed into the material with high pressure and heat. During the process, the fibres of the base material are permanently changed, creating a recessed or raised design.

As no ink is used, the result has the same colour as the product, but thanks to the play of light and shadow the logo remains perfectly visible and elegant. On leather and faux leather products, the heat often gives the material a darker tone where it is pressed, which makes the branding even more distinctive.

Why choose this?

  • ✓ Clean style: The ideal choice if your branding follows the “less is more” principle.
  • ✓ Lasts forever: The print never wears off, because the structure of the material itself is changed.
  • ✓ Premium feel: Your customers can literally “feel” the quality of your brand when they hold the product.
  • ✓ Exclusivity: For diaries, wallets and folders this is the most popular business solution.

💼 Leather specialist

No other process looks as natural and beautiful on genuine leather or high-quality faux leather.

✨ Blind embossing or foil stamping

The technique can also be combined with coloured (gold, silver or metallic) foils – this is called foil stamping, which adds extra shine.

📐 3D effect

The depth and relief of the logo create a visual experience that no printing process can imitate.
